Male or female, every person wants to have the "perfect body", but
being able to acquire this feature is not easy. From the words of my
dad, "If looking good was easy, everyone would look good." About two
weeks ago, I took the initiative to take my workouts and fitness in
general to the next level. I would not only spend 4-5 days out of each
week in the gym working out, but would also change my diet for the best.
As a college student eating healthy is nothing close
to easy. Not having the convenience of home cooked meals anymore often led
to resorting to fast food for the majority of my meals. It was fast,
easy, and tasted good, but something I definitely needed to stray away
from.
My goal is to add ten pounds of muscle mass to myself within just two months.
Stats as of 2/3/13:
5 Percent Body Fat
137 lbs
5 ft 5 in
I am pumped for my new transformation, and the beginning of a new me. I will keep you all updated on my progress.
That sounds so awesome! I think its good that you are willing to give something up cold turkey in order to gain something new! As Audrey Hepburn said, "Nothing is impossible, the word itself even says 'Im / Possible' "
